Airgun Sales
It is our hope to be able to please every shopper that purchases from out site. The best way we know how to achieve this goal is to be VERY specific about what we will and won’t do and what we can and can’t do. Please review the following terms and restrictions BEFORE you purchase from our site.
- PROCESSING TIME – Normal order processing (PRIOR TO SHIPPING) may take up to 2 or 3 business days. If you need something urgently, please contact us prior to your order and we will let you know if we will be able to expedite it for you. Shipping times will vary based on your location.
- SHIPPING POLICY – Flat Rate Shipping fees (when applicable) applies to the lower 48 only. Orders shipping outside the lower 48 will automatically be canceled and refunded if the customer does not pay the additional shipping fees within 24 hours of us sending the additional shipping invoice. Alaska, Hawaii, and Minor US Island residents need to contact us to arrange for a special order with adjusted shipping charges. We do not ship internationally.
- OTHER THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW – ** The site is under constant updates as we try and maintain correct inventory and pricing information. On rare occasions the site may transpose data, specifically costing vs sales price data. We try to catch this whenever it happens, but occasionally it slips past. We therefore reserve the right to cancel an order that was processed with the incorrect pricing data. This happens EXTREMELY RARELY. We hope that you will understand that we can’t sell products for less than our cost. In the event this happens, customers will be given an immediate refund and notified via email of the issue. We really appreciate your understanding.

By purchasing from www.airgunproshop.com you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You have reviewed our shipping restrictions (click here to view) and you are legally permitted to ship this product(s) to your shipping location. We do not currently ship internationally through our shopping cart. If you would like something shipped to you internationally, please email me via the contact page and I’ll see what we may be able to work out.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order. If we choose to reject an order, we will refund the full purchase price back to the customer.
- You are over 18 (or 21 where required) and are legally allowed to purchase and own this product.
- You accept, unless otherwise stated in the product description, there are no guarantees or warranties; implied or otherwise; accept that which may still be applicable through the original manufacturer of the product.
- You acknowledge that, unless otherwise stated in the product description, we do not offer returns on purchases, and accept that all sales are final. Warranty information for each product is listed on the product page. If you have any questions, please contact us before you place your order.
- If you are having custom work done, you acknowledge and accept that the work will void any remaining factory warranty.
- By purchasing from AirgunProShop, you relieve Dog River Design, LLC., AirgunProShop.com, AirgunWeb.com, their owners, employees, and sponsors of any liability associated with any use or misuse of the products purchased from this site. Airguns and certain airgun accessories can be very dangerous. Only experienced adults should operate high powered air rifles. Please do not purchase from this site unless you are willing to assume the responsibility of operating these products, and accept full responsibility for any damages and/or injury to any person or property that may result from their use.
